Who we are and what we do?
We are the Maryland Military and Civilian Spouses’ Club (MMCSC; formally transitioning from the Fort Meade Officers’ Spouses’ Club). We are a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization that financially assists organizations within Maryland’s U.S. military and government civilian community, and provides social, cultural or educational activities for its members. We work to unify the interests and activities of our members for the betterment of the Maryland military and government community.
The MMCSC offers yearly scholarships to members, children of members, and other military and government employee dependents working in Maryland. We also donate to local charities and organizations – both financially and with volunteer hours and services.
Who can be a member?
Spouses eligible for membership include those of active, reserve, national guard and retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces, and government civilians stationed/working and/or living in the National Capital Region. In addition, membership is extended to adult family members residing in the household of an active or associate member.
